These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the paying guest accommodation services provided by Unite PG (“Provider”). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking or availing yourself of our services. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Booking and Reservation
1.1. To book for paying guest accommodation, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. By making a booking, you warrant that you meet these requirements.
1.2. The booking process involves providing accurate and complete information about yourself, including your name, contact details, and payment information. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information as requested by the Provider.
1.3. The Provider reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion without providing any reason.
2. Payment and Charges
2.1. The rates for the paying guest accommodation are displayed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. You agree to pay the amount specified when booking, including any additional charges or fees incurred during your stay.
2.2. Payments can be made using the accepted methods outlined on the Provider’s website. You authorize the Provider to charge the total amount due by providing your payment information.
2.3. In the event of cancellation or no-show, you may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in the Provider’s cancellation policy.
3. Accommodation Rules and Conduct
3.1. As a paying guest, you are expected to comply with the Provider’s rules and regulations. Adherence to these rules may result in the termination of your accommodation with a refund.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of your allocated living space. Any damages caused to the property or its belongings will be your responsibility and may incur additional charges.
3.3. You agree not to engage in any illegal, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviour that may disturb other guests or the peaceful environment of the accommodation.
3.4. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises of the accommodation. Violation of this policy may result in immediate eviction and additional cleaning fees.
4. Liability and Disclaimers
4.1. The Provider shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from your use of the accommodation or any of its facilities, except where such liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.
4.2. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your personal belongings during your stay and that the Provider shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to such belongings.
4.3. The Provider reserves the right to change the accommodation rules, services, or facilities without prior notice as long as they do not materially affect the quality of your booking.
5. Termination and Suspension
5.1. The Provider may terminate or suspend your accommodation and access to the premises if you breach any of the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Termination or suspension shall be at the Provider’s sole discretion.
5.2. Upon termination or suspension, you shall vacate the accommodation immediately, and no refund or compensation shall be provided.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
6.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the India.
6.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the India.
By booking and using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you should not proceed with your booking or use our services.
